Heather's Weather Lessons: Helping Glen Lake Girl Scouts get weather badge

LEELANAU COUNTY, Mich. (WPBN/WGTU) -- Heather's Weather Lessons took Meteorologist Heather Bricca to Leelanau County Friday.

Heather and morning anchor Brendan Kinney spoke with the Glen Lake Girl Scout Troop #8782 at the Glen Lake Community Library.

Heather covered the differences between climate and weather.

The discussion also focused on severe weather safety and cloud types.

The scouts asked a lot of good questions which were answered by both Heather and Brendan.

Friday's Weather Lesson allowed the Girl Scouts to get their weather badges.
